Payment
We gladly accept most Credit Cards and PayPal as forms of payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept Checks. If you a local customer in Mobile or Baldwin County Alabama, contact us to arrange in person payment/pickup.
Shipping
We strive to ship out orders within 2 business days of accepted order. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday, will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. In the event an order will take longer to ship, customer will be notified via email regarding the updated shipment time. Large volume and/or wholesale orders will take longer to process. At this time, Southernista ships merchandise to locations within the United States. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal hygiene), refunds/exchanges are granted on a case by case basis.
